Payment

All online payments are taken securely through BML ‘s PayPal account. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase – simply use the checkout as guest option after you are directed to the PayPay payment gateway to complete your purchase without having to create an account.

UK Delivery

All BML prints are printed to order (we do not hold any in stock). All prints except supplied rolled in a secure cardboard tube and sent 2nd Class Tracked to ensure safe delivery.  Postage and packaging costs are as follows:

A4 Delivery = £4.80 (flat cardboard backed)
A3 Delivery = £7.80 (cardboard tube)
A2/A1 Delivery = £9.60 (cardboard tube)

Your print costs will be based on the largest item you have ordered, so if for example you order an A4 and an A1, your P&P costs will be £9.60.

Delivery is expected within 6-7 working days of placing an order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure goods are delivered as promptly as possible, we do not offer any guarantees that your item will arrive by a specific date. At busy periods (ie. Christmas), your delivery may experience additional delays.

Delivery charges apply to the entire order and are not payable per item.

International delivery

We offer international shipping to all destinations. International shipping incurs a fixed cost of £15. All orders are sent in a secure cardboard tube.

Local collection - Screenprints

Our screenprints are produced in limited batches and are are the only items held in stock at our studio in Leeds. If you are based in Leeds then please contact us prior to placing your order as you may be able to collect your screen print direct from our Leeds studio. We’re unable to take payment face-to-face, so please order via the website first.

Refund policy

Because all our products are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to our main email address:

Please include in the body of the email: your order number and item code, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 14 days of receipt.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item including the cost of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. Except in the case of Photo Returns, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
